San Antonio residents' ballots will be filled with important choices in November, including whether to reinvest the 1/8-cent sales tax currently allocated to the City's early education initiative, Pre-K 4 SA.

Funding for the prekindergarten program was approved by voters for eight years in 2012. If they don't renew that investment, Pre-K 4 SA will shut down operations at the end of the 2020-2021 school year.

What has the 1/8-cent sales tax revenue gone toward over the last eight years? What are the metrics of success?

Who is eligible for the program? How many children are enrolled and what services are offered?

Why should residents vote to "Keep Pre-K 4 SA" and what's at stake if they don't?

How can investment in early education benefit the community at large?
