Community-founded and community-supported, TPR strives to reflect our community in our staffing, board of directors, and community advisory board, as well as in the educational, informational, and cultural content we provide.

As a public media organization, TPR’s mission is to engage, inspire and inform, bringing people together to better understand their community and world. TPR is dedicated to reflecting the issues, cultures, and lives of the people of San Antonio, our service areas in South and Central Texas, and the entire state.

We foster a workplace where collaboration, respect, creativity, and continuous learning are part of our culture. We welcome talented individuals with a wide range of skills, experiences, and perspectives.
