Julián Castro Says The Latino Vote Is Front And Center This Election

The 2020 presidential election is just weeks away. For the first time, Latinos represent the largest racial or ethnic minority in the electorate, with 32 million eligible voters.

According to the Pew Research Center, Hispanic voters favor raising minimum wage, government involvement in health care and stricter gun laws.

How will the Latino vote affect the election results? Can that specific demographic change the outcome in Texas and nationwide? Where do we go from here?
