Get ready to get your hands dirty! In Little Sprouts, our mini-gardeners will explore the magic of nature by digging, planting, and watering their very own seeds. From learning how a tiny sprout turns into a flower to discovering "friendly" garden bugs, this week is all about the joy of watching things grow.
Fees for Sessions are not refundable. There is a $50 convenience fee for each session change. Change requests are made by emailing to summer@thecircleschool.org.

Bring your supplies and your journal! Basic supplies like scissors, ink pads, and glue will be available. Everyone who attends gets an ephemera pack to help get them start or get out of a creative rut!)

Tickets must be purchased online at least 12 hours before the workshop. No walk-ins. Space is limited. Tickets are non refundable so please plan accordingly before purchasing. Please have email confirmation / ticket readily available upon arrival. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Attendees may bring non messy snacks and drinks in sealable containers. Please note that photographs will be taken throughout this workshop. These may be used by Spare Parts for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication. Meet the artist behind Ruby City’s illustrated Family Guides! Join Colleen Borsh, the artist who designs the exhibition guides enjoyed by all, for a special drawing workshop inspired by the artworks on view.
Working directly in the gallery, Colleen will share insight into her process and offer creative prompts to encourage close looking, imagination, and personal interpretation. Participants will explore how drawing can deepen engagement with contemporary art, just as the Family Guides are designed to do.
All materials will be provided, and no prior drawing experience is necessary. Guests are welcome to drop in at any time during the session and stay as long as they like.

On this guided bird tour around the various habitats of Mitchell Lake Audubon Center, guests will see at least 30-50 different bird species with our expert guide. Travelling by both car and by foot to access as many areas as possible, this tour is best suited for the birder age 15+ as it can last up to four hours, though you may leave at any time. Tours are limited. Bring your binoculars, bottle for water, closed-toe shoes, long pants, and bug spray.
