Les Dames d'Escoffier San Antonio (LDEISA) proudly announces its 30th Anniversary Fundraiser Gala, a landmark celebration of three decades championing women in the culinary, beverage, and hospitality industries. The event is presented by H-E-B and takes place on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 6pm-11pm at the elegant Red Berry Estate, located at 856 Gembler Road, San Antonio, TX 78219.
Since its founding in 1995, the San Antonio chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier has awarded more than 87 scholarships totaling over $294,000, helping women pursue culinary education and careers. Additionally, through its Aspirations Grant, the organization has distributed 30 grants totaling $198,297.97 to support women-led food, beverage, and hospitality projects. Now celebrating its 30th year, LDEISA continues this powerful legacy with a membership of over 100 professional women representing the full spectrum of the culinary world.

Each year, SAJF distributes grants to nonprofits in the San Antonio region for specific projects that will benefit economically, emotionally and/or physically disadvantaged individuals. In 2024-2025, we distributed $75,000 to 14 nonprofits in our community! We are pleased to announce that we will again be accepting applications for grants. Grant applications may be submitted by organizations recognized as tax exempt under internal revenue code 501(c)3 seeking funding of $20,000 or less. Now is the time to get started! This is a call for much needed volunteers for community events we host on the Southeast side of San Antonio, Texas! All our events are open to the public and to all of San Antonio. Our goal is to help bring much needed resource vendors to our neck of the woods and help support the many small businesses that make up our beautiful city! We are always in need of Volunteers to help with this events, from greeting attendees, answering questions, helping with event setup, giveaways, etc.
Our volunteer opportunities offer community service hours as well!
