The San Antonio Community Orchestra began as one of the oldest community string orchestras in the state. It is now a thriving all-volunteer orchestra comprised of community members and university students. Concert selections are intended to not only bring classical works to the community, but also to highlight local talent within the orchestra and within San Antonio. Free concerts are held throughout the year at Coker United Methodist Church, and conducted by Matthew 'Matty' Salibus. For more information, visit our website at sacommunityorchestra.org

Music of irony and restraint—shaped by censorship, fear, and unbreakable spirit.
Gubaidulina: Piano QuintetShostakovich: Piano Quintet, Op. 57
Classical composers throughout time have used repetition and sequences to build a musical story, establish expectations, and drive a narrative into unexpected territories. Experience a musical journey led by pianist Daniel Anastasio as he uses examples from Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Schumann, Brahms, Chopin, Debussy and more to show how great composers tell powerful musical stories, and how we can more closely follow along.
"Cinderella" returns to the stage with all the beauty and grace of classical ballet — and a playful spirit that makes it perfect for all ages. Follow the kind-hearted young Cinderella as she navigates a household of comical chaos, a royal invitation, and a life-changing night at the palace. With the help of her Guardian Angel, Cinderella is transformed for the ball, where she and the Prince share a fleeting connection. But when the clock strikes midnight, the magic disappears, leaving only a glass slipper behind.
Ballet San Antonio's production of "Cinderella" will be performed on the following dates:
