Early voting begins in Texas on Tuesday, Oct. 13.

The party chairs explained how their respective parties plan to win this year's elections.

Former congressman Allen West is the new chairman of the Republican Party of Texas, and Gilberto Hinojosa is the chairman of the Democratic Party of Texas.

Polling has Texas pegged as a lean Republican or a toss up state. Either way, the Lone Star State is no longer the red fortress it once was. Whether Texas will remain red or flips blue on Nov. 3 depends on get out the vote efforts and ballot "keep away" with voter suppression.

NOTE: Chairman West made multiple claims about Tesla moving its corporate headquarters to Austin and building a factory in El Paso. This is inaccurate, and to provide the correct information TPR checked in with Zac Cataldo, who is the co-host of the “Now You Know” YouTube channel and “Tesla Time News.”
