A death cafe is a safe space to gather, eat cake, and discuss death openly. The objective is to “increase awareness of death with a view to help people make the most of their (finite) lives.”
Death Cafes are always offered:• With no intention of leading participants to any conclusion, product or course of action.• As an open, respectful and confidential space where people can express their views safely.• On a not for profit basis. (This event is FREE!)-and cake!
Death Cafe is not a bereavement support or grief counseling setting. The host is not a licensed therapist. If you’re in an active state of grief and unable to join a straightforward conversation about death, we’ll see you next time!

Boys 2 Men 2026 is a dynamic, day-long choral festival sponsored by the Children’s Chorus of San Antonio (CCSA) and IlluMen, especially designed for middle and high school male singers across San Antonio. Participants will rehearse and perform three combined selections alongside special guest artists and clinicians: Dr. Jordan Boyd from UTSA, Members of IlluMen, Dr. Carolyn Cruse from CCSA, and Mr. Gabriel Treviño from Johnson High School and CCSA.
