Come out to shop local vendors, enjoy live music, great food and meet your neighbors all in the heart of the Southeast Side!!

San Antonio Neighbors Together is an annual event held on the first Tuesday of October each year. The event focuses on strengthening relationships between local police and the communities they serve. At these events, neighborhoods connect with City departments, and learn tips on crime prevention. We will have local small business vendors, resource vendors, live music, food and more so come on out, bring your blankets and lawn chairs, meet your neighbors and enjoy!!

FREE Face Painting and Balloon Twisting for the kids!!

We will have a DJ along with several local Vendors, Food Trucks & more!

Also, our 3rd Annual Night Out Lights Out 3-Point Contest Sponsored by Old Head Basketball is also taking place with. ANYONE can come try out for this competition that takes place at our San Antonio Neighbors Together Event for your chance to win a CASH prize & Trophy along with bragging rights and your chance to defend your title in 2027!!

The event offers workshops, nature walks, and panel discussions for service members, veterans, first responders, and families, with select events open to civilians and business owners. Each year, San Antonio Junior Forum distributes grants to nonprofits in the San Antonio region for specific projects that benefit economically, and/or physically disadvantaged individuals. In 2025-2026, we distributed $75,000 to 15 nonprofits in our community!

We are pleased to announce that we will again be accepting applications for grants of $20,000 or less. Grant applications may be submitted by organizations recognized as tax exempt under internal revenue code 501(c)(3). Now is the time to get started! Grant applications are due November 1, 2026.
