San Antonio Democratic Congressman Joaquin Castro sits on the House Intelligence Committee.
After reading the Mueller Report, Castro says there are still many unanswered questions for committee members trying to the bottom of whether Russian agents acted alone during the interference into the 2016 presidential election.
