Will the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District be able to recuperate lost time? How many contact tracers are needed? How extensive is the training process? Could a properly staffed team have curbed current coronavirus outcomes in Bexar County?
Guest: Brian Chasnoff, investigative reporter for the San Antonio Express-News
