Democratic Presidential front-runner Bernie Sanders will be in El Paso and San Antonio this Saturday, Feb. 22.

The senator from Vermont will host a rally in El Paso at the Abraham Chavez Theatre starting at 2 p.m. Doors open at 12:30.

After that event, Sanders will head to the Cowboys Dance Hall in San Antonio for an eventscheduled for 7 p.m. with doors opening at 5.

This San Antonio appearance follows the presence of Sanders' competitors including former Vice President Joe Biden, former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Julián Castro, a former San Antonio mayor. Castro, who also served as secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development in the Obama administration, suspended his presidential campaign last month.

Both Castro and Sanders have endorsed Jessica Cisneros for Texas' Congressional District 28, which incumbent Henry Cuellar has represented in Washington for 15 years.
