Race Day Schedule
6:45 AM - 7:45 AM: Packet Pickup Participants arrive to collect their race packets and materials.
7:50 AM: Welcome and Announcements Brief introduction and overview of the event, including any important announcements.
7:55 AM: Mindfulness Session Guided mindfulness session to help participants center their thoughts and set positive intentions for the race.
8:45 AM - 9:00 AM: Race Start Participants begin the 5k race, enjoying the course and reflecting on personal growth and community support.
9:15AM - 09:30AM: Awards Ceremony and Closing Recognition of race winners and participants, followed by closing remarks.
09:30 AM - 09:45 AM: Mindfulness Session A final 15-minute mindfulness session to cool down and reflect on the experience.
