6:30 presentation of affordability programs available through CPS Energy and San Antonio Water System and assistance to register for customer financial assistance
7:30 – 8:30 open registration with interpreters present.
Items needed to apply for utilities financial assistance:
+ identification
+ income for all household members

Outside center are children's playground, picnic area, tennis courts. Park is open 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.

• government-issued i.d. card
• Disability i.d. card
• Mexican Matricula
• Social Security card
• passport
• bank account statement
• lease agreement
+ proof of income for all household members who receive any type of income:

• 2023 Income Tax Return
• 2023 IRS form W – 2 (s)
• paycheck stub (from the last 30 days)
• Unemployment Benefits Letter
• Social Security (SS) Award Letter
• Social Supplemental Insurance (SSI) Award Letter
• Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) Award Letter
• Retirement, Survivors and Disability Insurance (RSDI) Award Letter
• Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Letter
• Veterans Benefits Letter (statement of disability percentage, from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs)
