The white woman who accused Black teenager Emmett Till of making improper advances before he was lynched in Mississippi in 1955 has died in hospice care in Louisiana, a coroner's report shows.

“We believe in justice,” U.S. Rep. Chip Roy said. “There’s an old saying in Texas about, you know, ‘find all the rope in Texas and get a tall oak tree.’ You know we take justice very seriously and we ought to do that, round up the bad guys."
