Gary Delaune was the first person to announce the shooting of President John F. Kennedy. But the story for the young reporter from KLIF in Dallas was just beginning. A wanna-be big shot named Jack Ruby, who was a hanger-on at the KLIF studios would concoct a scheme to make his name while trying to find Gary.
