A discussion Feb. 21 with experts on the state of education in San Antonio, with an eye to supporting children at risk of dropping out of school.

The event was hosted by Friends of Communities in Schools at KLRN and moderated by TPR education reporter Camille Phillips.

Panelists:

  • Diego Bernal, the state representative for downtown and north central San Antonio (D-123)
  • Mohammed Choudhury, chief innovation officer for San Antonio Independent School District
  • Raul Rodriguez, an international businessman and former professor at the University of the Incarnate Word
