Texas Women Of Influence

For Women’s History Month, honoring the roles of women who have shaped the fabric of modern society, NOWCastSA and the San Antonio Public Library teamed up to offer a webcast of ‘Texas Women of Influence' on Tuesday, March 10, 2015.

Texas Public Radio’s Eileen Pace moderated a panel discussion featuring four accomplished Texan women: San Antonio political activist Rosie Castro; San Antonio Symphony associate conductor AkikoFujimoto; SAGE (San Antonio for Growth on the Eastside) Executive Director Jackie Gorman and San Antonio City Manager Sheryl Sculley.
 
In the panel, presented below, the women discuss their careers and challenges.
