Update, 8:30 a.m. Friday: After receiving the wrong part from the manufacturer on Thursday, we have verified that the *correct* part is in house this morning, and will be installed today. Cross your fingers (and toes, if you can).

Update, 11:30 a.m. Thursday: TPR's engineering team is currently at our transmitter site to repair KSTX's signal. Thank you to our listeners in the Hill Country who alerted us to KTXI's outage this morning. We will be heading up to Kerrville today as well to diagnose the problem with our transmission at 90.1 FM.

Update, 10:00 a.m. Thursday: The part arrived this morning, and will be installed shortly. If there are no other problems found with the operations of the transmitter, we should be up at full power by late this afternoon.

Update, 11:00 a.m. Wednesday: A replacement part for our aging transmitter has been ordered, but has been delayed from the supplier, possibly until Thursday. We are also looking for a local source for the right electric blower motor.

Update, 4:00 p.m. A blower blew out on KSTX's transmitter, and a part has been ordered. The station remains at low power for now. KPAC's main transmitter has been restored.

KSTX and KPAC are both operating on our backup transmitters today due to a power outage at the main transmitter site. KTXI was not affected by the storms.
