Ohio State Game Watch:
The Texas Exes Fredericksburg Chapter announces the first football game watch party of the 2025 season. The opening game between #2 Ohio State Buckeyes and #1 University of Texas Longhorns is scheduled for August 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., and the game watch will be held at The Barn at Rock House, located at 197 Rock House Drive, off Highway 87 North (about a mile from the US Post Office). The Barn will open at 10:00 a.m. on August 30 to ensure that game watchers can arrive by game time and watch ESPN Game Day if desired. Those planning to attend the game watch should wear their burnt orange to show our Longhorn pride.

The Barn at Rock House offers a full bar, including beer and wine, in a lovely country setting. Popcorn, pretzels and pizzas are available. Multiple big-screen TVs, inside and outside on the patio and synched to coordinate audio and video across all TVs, ensure that game-watchers have a variety of viewing options.

Although this game watch is not exclusive to Texas Exes Fredericksburg Chapter members, we encourage current and former students and their families and all friends of the University of Texas at Austin to attend the game watch and get your Hook ‘Em on as we beat Ohio State!
