Beginning February 26 through March 7, the third annual San Antonio Burger Week, in partnership with the San Antonio Food Bank, will showcase inventive burgers across dozens of local restaurants for a good cause. During the 2021 San Antonio Burger Week, dozens of San Antonio eateries will offer $5 - $8 specialty burgers, with a portion of each plate benefiting the San Antonio Food Bank. The community impact is evident in each bite: $1 to the SA Food Bank cover 7 meals. That means one $8 burger is the equivalent to 56 meals for those in need! Participating local restaurants will create decadent dishes to satisfy classic burger lovers, adventurous foodies, vegetarians and everyone in between. Some mouth-watering San Antonio Burger Week burgers include bacon burgers with avocado and swiss, a unique Ramen burger, a patty melt, to name just a few. Featured restaurants like San Antonio favorites like Chris Madrid’s, Chunky’s Burgers, Cover 3, Mark’s Outing, Benjie’s Munch, Tributary, L&L Hawaiian BBQ, Lion & Rosa, Cheesy Jane’s, Biff Buzby’s Burgers, Bunz Handcrafted Burgers, Candy’s Old Fashioned Eats, Babe’s Old Fashioned Food, Broadway 50/50, Papa’s Burgers, Lucy Cooper’s Icehouse, Trilogy Burger Bistro, and Slider Provider, with more participants added daily. San Antonio Burger Week restaurants will offer dine-in and take-out options, with details and menu items available on the SABW website. San Antonio Burger Week aims to entice locals to explore the wide range restaurants across San Antonio’s vast culinary landscape, and to support these local businesses—and the San Antonio Food Bank – during this critical time.
