Celebrate Mother’s Day with Green Spaces Alliance and the Picture Your World Youth Photography Program at Bulverde Oaks Nature Preserve on Sunday, May 8 from 1:00-4:00 pm. Owned and managed by Green Spaces Alliance, Bulverde Oaks is a 31 acre natural oasis located in Northeast San Antonio at Highway 1604 and Judson Road. Bring mom and enjoy a relaxing afternoon exploring and photographing the native plants and wildlife that call this area home. Designed for ages 8-18, Picture Your World encourages a creative approach to digital photography while advocating a personal connection to nature and promoting environmental stewardship among youth. Picture Your World will provide cameras, photography instruction along with a guided hike with a Master Naturalist to make the most of your educational experience.
