Milpa food vendor pop-up!
Milpa is a culinary project by Chef Jesse Kuykendall (aka Chef Kirk), celebrating the bold, soulful flavors of Mexican and Indigenous traditions through a modern lens. Rooted in the seasonal ingredients of the borderlands, Milpa brings together fire-roasted chiles, heirloom corn, and slow-cooked meats in dishes that honor ancestral methods while embracing creative expression. From tacos árabes to tacos de mollejas and elote, each plate tells a story of heritage, resilience, and innovation.
