Library of Congress

There are 25 new additions to the Library of Congress collection. They include albums by Elton John, Miles Davis, Amy Winehouse, and the original cast recording of Hamilton.

They have until Aug. 22 to suggest any Latino recorded songs and albums that are at least 10 years old.

Every year, the Library of Congress names 25 'audio treasures' to be preserved permanently. This year's selections range from ABBA and Green Day to World War I-era jazz pioneer James Reese Europe.
