The one wrongful death lawsuit that remains pending was filed by the family of 9-year-old Ezra Blount, the youngest person killed during the concert.

The suit seeks up to $2 billion from a long list of defendants, including Travis Scott, Live Nation, and the Harris County Sports and Convention Corporation.

Ezra was on his father’s shoulders during the concert when the crowd rushed the stage, overwhelming the two.

Those who died ranged in age from 14 to 27, officials said. The Houston Police Department is conducting a criminal investigation into what caused the sold-out crowd to surge toward the stage, causing a panic.
