SAPD Chief William McManus (right) talks with former San Antonio Mayor, now U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julian Castro at a vigil Sunday night.

Guest:

  • Robert Salcido, San Antonio Regional Field Coordinator for Equality Texas
