This week the County Commissioners voted to award a security contract to Blue Armor Security Services.
The vote went against staff recommendations, and also against what some like Bexar County Commision Kevin Wolff called a conflict of interest - because Blue Armor is owned by Willie Ng - who is an employee of the county at the D.A.'s office.
