The Source: Is Oil Price Surge Too Little, Too Late?

With oil nearing $50 a barrel this week for West Texas Intermediate, we are seeing the highest prices in 7 months. The country has seen 77 oil-related bankruptcies since the beginning of the year. Texas has lost tens of thousands of jobs, and could lose another 40,000 this year. Investment in oil communities has plummeted, and everyone is wondering is this surge the real thing.
