The Source: New FDA E-Cig Regulations

The Food and Drug Administration extended new rules over e-cigarettes last week. The new rules will ban the sales of the product to minors. They are in line with public health experts recommendations aimed at preventing youth from accessing nicotine products with the hope of preventing another generation from becoming hooked on traditional cigarettes.

The vaping industry has criticized the new rules for being onerous, saying its prior-review process will cause a prohibition. They also argue that the best way to get people off tobacco products was through e-cigarettes.
