It was over a year ago that the Alamo Area Council of Governments came under intense scrutiny.
Questions were being asked about the role of AACOG in the regions future after a financial scandal, that led to the dismissal of its two two executives.
But at the end of 2014 a new executive director was brought in and the orders were clear - right the ship - and prove that AACOG is a valuable and needed agency.
At that time we spoke with the new director Diana Rath, and we invited her back today to get an update.
