The Source: Norman Rockwell At The McNay | IRS Red Flags

In the first segment:

In the Cleveland office of the Internal Revenue Service, a technique to flag certain 501(c)4 applications for tax exempt status has turned into a national scandal, with conservative groups crying foul. The San Antonio Tea Party has joined a class action lawsuit against the IRS and persons within it.

Tom Shumaker, vice president of communications for the San Antonio Tea Party, joins us to discuss that and how their application was held in limbo for years. Is this all as simple as partisan politics?

Bryan Camp, who is formerly of the IRS office of chief counsel and is now a law professor at Texas Tech, says not likely. He gives his perspective from inside the "byzantine" bureaucracy of the IRS.

In the second segment:

Norman Rockwell's realistically painted scenes of idealized domestic tranquility in a bygone era enshrined a generation and captured the hearts of millions of Americans.

A new exhibit on loan from the Norman Rockwell Museum details the still photographs the artist used in order to create these works of art.

Joining us to talk Rockwell are Lorrie Moffat, director of the Norman Rockwell Museum, and Bill Chiego from the McNay Art Museum.
