Experience live Indian music, sari (traditional Indian garment) wrapping demonstrations, and engaging crafts where you can decorate paper dolls in traditional Indian attire, including saris, kurtas, and jutti shoes.
This event at San Antonio Public Library is in partnership with Musical Bridges Around the World (MBAW), a nonprofit arts and social impact organization with the mission to provide access to global arts for all. MBAW thanks VT Seva - San Antonio Branch, for their partnership in providing the sari wrapping demonstration.

St Peter Prince of the Apostles Catholic Church invites you to attend our 5th annual spring concert series. The concerts are free and open to the public.
This year’s theme is “Travelogue” with composers and pieces from: May 1 – Italy May 8 – France May 15 – Germany, Poland & Austria May 22 – Spain & Portugal May 29 – The AmericasNicole Cabello Medrano, Director of Music Ministries for St Peter’s, will be joined by outstanding musicians from the San Antonio area, Sixto Elizondo, Beth Johnson, Richard Trammell, Gail Wettstein, and many others, to perform classic and modern music selections. The concerts will be each Thursday in May and begin at 6pm in the main sanctuary of the church.
