Whether you’re a beginner with no experience or wanting to work on your Quilling skills, this 9th in the series Quilling class is for you! In this session, join Carol to create a beautiful Quilled Floral Medallion, suitable for use as a greeting card decoration or a framed art piece!

All supplies will be provided. No prior experience required! Participants are encouraged to bring any Quilling tools they have.
