"The Long Goodbye"
In 2017 my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. She lives in Canada with my sister who cares for her. I visit them at least twice a year and since this diagnosis, I've watched her lose so much of herself.
Obviously, being a photographer, I've photographed her for years. In this exhibit which I've titled "The Long Goodbye", I've selected a series of photos going back to 1997 all the way to my most recent visit in April 2025.
