In partnership with the World Heritage Office, San Antonio UNESCO Chef Ambassador Stephannie Beyers will present a cooking demonstration highlighting a variety of tamal-making techniques and ingredients.
While adults and teens enjoy the demonstration, children ages 5 and up are invited to participate in a story time, craft, and play session led by the children’s librarian.

Following the program, attendees are welcome to stay and enjoy complimentary tamales prepared by Chef Stephannie, along with complimentary pan dulce.

This is a ticketed event. Tickets will be distributed 30 minutes before the program at circulation desk.
