Join us July 16 for a screening of director Jon Favreau’s (Iron Man, The Mandalorian) science fiction Western action film Cowboys & Aliens.  Based on a graphic novel of the same name this film takes place in New Mexico and has a star-studded cast – Daniel Craig, Olivia Wilde, Sam Rockwell – and Harrison Ford with flashes of Han Solo.

Join us August 20 for a screening of Jordan Peele (Key & Peele, Get Out) Nope . Released last year and described as a new-Western science fiction horror film.  A family that trains and handles horses for film and television productions has to wrangle something they have never encountered before.

Enjoy these fun flicks, popcorn, and beer.  A short presentation discussing the elements of western films and emerging black cinema will begin at 1:00pm followed immediately by the film.
