San Antonio Chamber Music Society presents LOTUS Saxophone Quartet on Nov 16, 2025

San Antonio Chamber Music Society presents LOTUS Saxophone Quartet on Nov 16, 2025

San Antonio Chamber Music Society presents the LOTUS SAXOPHONE QUARTET in a genre-defying program blending classical, jazz, and pop that moves beyond traditional classical boundaries. This young quartet formed in 2022 has literally stormed the classic music world, winning the 2024 Fischoff Senior Wind Division Competition Gold Medal and First Prize at the MTNA National Chamber Music Winds Competition. Known for their dynamic stage presence, LOTUS enhances their performances with movement and visual elements—creating a rich immersive experience for the audience. From twists on familiar pop melodies to jazz great Chick Correa’s “Spain” to works by the founder of the sax quartet Caryl Florio, expect the unexpected at this exhilarating and unique concert.

Individual tickets are $25 at the door or online at sacms.org/concert-tickets through November 14. Students and Active-Duty Military Admitted Free.
