San Antonio for Justice in Palestine, Jewish Voice for Peace San Antonio, Esperanza Peace and Justice Center, The Democratic Socialists of America San Antonio chapter and River 2 Sea Cinematheque present a summer film screening series.

Join us for a free screening of 'Israelism' on Wednesday, July 17th, at 7 PM. Donations are encouraged, and all proceeds will go to Saha and Shabab Gaza, organizations that support on-the-ground efforts to provide meals for forcibly displaced people in Gaza.

This film reveals a generational divide in the American Jewish community as more young Jews question the narratives they’ve been taught by synagogues and Hebrew school teachers. They join the movement of young American Jews battling the old guard over Israel’s centrality in American Judaism, and the demand of freedom for the Palestinian people.
