Welcome to Poses at the Plaza! Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session led by Alison Galvan, owner of EnergyXFitness at The Spa Plaza San Antonio's Oasis Lawn. This in person event held on ouris the perfect opportunity to unwind and stretch out in a beautiful outdoor setting. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, all levels are welcome. Bring your mat and get ready to strike a pose with us! Namaste.

(Please bring your own Yoga Mat. If you don't have one, we have a select amount for rental.)

This month's class is Halloween themed, so please dress in costume. We will have a costume judging at the end of class, with the winner of best costume receiving a free Slow Beauty Pedicure at The Spa At The Plaza!
