Lockey Studio, at 931 W Woodlawn Ave in San Antonio, is part of On & Off Fred 2026 and welcomes the public for a father-and-son presentation featuring Jerry Lockey, known as Locosan, and Shamus Lockey, known as Texas Mess. Public hours are Saturday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 12 noon to 5 p.m.
