This is not a demonstration. This is a hands-on pastry course.
Join us for a two-night Italian Pastry Masterclass led by Amedeo Donatone, a professional Italian pastry chef with over 45 years of experience, assisted and translated by Manuela of Italian Food Therapy.
Over two evenings, you will learn the foundations of classic Italian pastry and then transform them into finished desserts.
Night One – The Foundations
You will prepare:
Pan di Spagna (Italian sponge cake)
Bignè (cream puffs)
Crema pasticcera (Italian custard)
Night Two – The Masterpieces
Using what you prepared, you will create:
Mimosa Cake
Profiteroles
Assorted filled bignè
Each participant will work individually and bring home:
One full Mimosa cake (made entirely by you)
A selection of assorted pastries
This course is designed for adults who are genuinely interested in learning pastry technique — not shortcuts, not cake mix, not “quick hacks.” Real method. Real structure. Real Italian pastry.
To ensure a true workshop experience, participation is limited to 10 people.
