Hike the McNay

Hike the McNay
Discover a new way to experience the McNay with this debut outdoor series combining art, nature, and wellness. As part of this four-part seasonal program—two sessions in the fall and two in the spring—participants will explore the museum’s 25-acre grounds through guided hikes that encourage creative reflection and connection with the landscape.
Each 2-hour session includes visits to approximately four stops on the grounds, where guests will take part in a mix of sketching, mindfulness, and art-inspired activities. Sketchbooks, art materials, and portable stools are provided. Designed for teens and adults, this series offers a fresh, restorative way to engage with both art and the outdoors. Additional session dates will be posted as registration becomes available.
