Session 1: Mitigating urban heat at home
Nancy Parrilla and Patricia Santos of Fuerza Unida will share how “Fuerza Unida Urban Heat Resiliency Program” is bringing down the heat in homes near them with trees, water reuse and conservation and more.

Session 2: Moczygemba Rewild Ranch: OUR JOURNEY Restoration, Conservation, Hope
Brice Moczygemba will share his family journey since he retired as an engineer to manage a 50-acre parcel of the family property with conservation and habitat restoration to restore it as a thriving prairie ecosystem without using irrigation even during drought.
