Local artist Kaldric Dow will share his artistic knowledge with participants to help them create unique collages inspired by his own portrait collage work. Participants will leave with their own collages and new skills that they can use to create art on their own.

Kaldric Dow's exhibit "Collaged Heirlooms" was recently shown at Central Library. His series of collages celebrated the enduring legacy of the Black Panther Party, featuring dynamic compositions that honored the strength and spirit of its members—women, men, and children alike. Each piece interwove intricate patterns and textures, symbolizing the rich cultural heritage and collective memory of the African American community.
