Join us for a day of education, resources and support for professional caregivers, families caring for a loved one with dementia and for people living with dementia. Event topics include an overview of Alzheimer’s and what’s to come, research, healthy living for your brain and body, engagement activities and Better Together resources in our community.

The program is free and open to the general public. While this is an in-person event, we will also offer the option to join on zoom. 5 CEUs are available for nurses and social workers, provided by SAGE Care Management. Breakfast provided by Chapters Living and Lunch by Law Offices of Carol Bertsch, PC. The conference will also provide attendees access to many local resources present at the event.
