Join the World Heritage Office for a special evening with Chef Adán Medrano and photographer JoMando Cruz. Medrano will briefly discuss his new "Texas Mexican Plant-Based Cookbook " featuring photography by JoMando Cruz.

Guests will be able to explore an outdoor exhibit showcasing the book's stunning imagery while enjoying samples of the flavorful recipes.*

Attendees can also purchase a copy of the book and have it signed by Medrano that night.*

This unique event brings together stories, photography, and cuisine that highlight traditions from Coahuiltecan, Karankawa, Apache, and other Indigenous communities.
