NPR is reporting on how unaccompanied children crossing the border alone are processed at government-funded facilities. We want to talk with people who have worked at centers that shelter children and match them with U.S. based sponsors. If you were — or currently are — a case worker, social worker, or a supervisor, or otherwise involved with processing children through a contractor or subcontractor, we want to hear from you.
We may reach out to you to find out more about your experience, and ask if you'd be willing to do an interview. Nothing that you share with us will be published without your knowledge and consent. Please fill out the form below so we can talk with you. If you want to contact a reporter with an encrypted method, send an email to: chiaraeisnerjournalist@proton.me
Your submission will be governed by our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. As the Privacy Policy says, we want you to be aware that there may be circumstances in which the exemptions provided under law for journalistic activities or freedom of expression may override privacy rights you might otherwise have.
