Biden stumps for legislative agenda in Michigan as debt ceiling deadline looms

President Biden travels to Michigan on Tuesday to push for his infrastructure and social spending bills. But both are tied up in Congress, which is also hurtling toward a debt ceiling deadline that would have seismic consequences for the economy.
