The new movie from acclaimed British director Mike Leigh takes on the Peterloo massacre of 1819 in Manchester, England, in which 18 people were killed and more than 500 were injured. It was a watershed moment in British history that led to, among other things, the creation of the Manchester Guardian. Howie Movshovitzfrom KUNC has the story.
