Volvo Promises Only Hybrids And Electrics By 2019

Volvo announced major changes Wednesday to its future lineup of vehicles. Starting in 2019, the automotive company will phase out conventional engines, requiring that all of its new models be either hybrid- or electric-powered. The move is a direct challenge to Tesla, which is set to begin production of its latest and most accessible model Friday.
